Central tasks of the SFB/TRR 339

In subproject Z, central organization-specific tasks of the SFB/TRR 339 are taken over. This includes the administrative, cross-location coordination of the subprojects, public relations, inviting guest researchers, planning and implementation of the SFB/TRR 339 annual meetings and conferences, administration of travel and student assistants’ funds as well as organization and support of measures of mentoring, equality and equal opportunities of the SFB/TRR 339. The strategic planning of the SFB/TRR 339 is implemented together with its board, the cooperation between the subprojects is administratively supported and the resources of the SFB/TRR 339 are monitored and managed. Furthermore, a project controlling of the work status and the expenditure of the individual SP is carried out in the network of the SFB/TRR 339.
