Visiting IIT Madras, India

Prof. Michael Kaliske visited IIT Madras in Chennai, India, from 27 January to 1 February 2025, to establish and deepen the cooperation between the two institutions. He received an extensive introduction to the local research laboratories and projects, which open up a wide range of opportunities. IIT Madras is one of the premier universities in India and a global strategic partner of TU Dresden. Prof. Kaliske introduced TRR 339 and the new international Master's programme, IDEAS, to the audience. Both institutions plan to join forces in both research and teaching.
