EUCEDIC Workshop in Madrid

The European Center of Excellence in Digitalization of Infrastructures and Cities (EUCEDIC) is an association of leading European universities that drives digital transformation in construction and urban development. Under the leadership of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, the consortium focuses on knowledge exchange, education, and the practical application of modern technologies such as digital twins. On May 21, 2025, the center held a specialist workshop to discuss innovative strategies for road networks and digital planning methods with experts from industry and research. Prof. Michael Kaliske developed perspectives on the Digital Twin Road in his central keynote speech.
