15th International Workshop for Structural Health Monitoring (IWSHM) at Stanford University, USA

From September 9 to 11, 2025, Prof. Jörg Blankenbach had the opportunity to participate in the International Workshop for Structural Health Monitoring (IWSHM) at Stanford University, USA. The IWSHM is an international conference on structural health monitoring (SHM) of constructions and other large structures (e.g., aircraft) and has been held every two years since 2003. The event brings together experts from aerospace, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and other disciplines to discuss new technologies, methods, and applications in the field of SHM. As an active contributor, Prof. Blankenbach moderated a keynote session on structural monitoring on September 11 and participated in a panel discussion on the topic of "Enhancing Resilient Remote Operations of Large-Scale Structures."
