The second annual meeting of our SFB/TRR 339 took place at the Universitätsclub Bonn e.V. near the project location Aachen. The focus of this project meeting was on the progress of the individual subprojects and the continuation of collaborations between the subprojects. We would like to thank all participants for a successful and interesting event! Special thanks go to our guest speakers Dr. Dirk Hartmann from Siemens AG and Univ.-Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Thomas H.
